Upon arrival in Bucaramanga, we offer you the possibility of being received by a private driver who will take you to the Recovery House, our partner hotel or the accommodation of your choice.
Afterwards, we will take you to our office, where you will finalize the administrative details, such as payments and informed consents.

This will be the ideal time to resolve any questions you may have with our surgeons Dr. Laura Zambrano and Dr. Diego Alarcón.
You will have a consultation with anesthesiologist to ensure that all necessary aspects are covered and to ensure the best conditions for the success of your surgery. This step is key for your safety and peace of mind.
The big day has arrived. You must arrive one hour before the procedure for pre-surgery preparation. After surgery, you will be accompanied by VIP patient staff at the International Hospital of Colombia and that night you will continue in VIP hospitalization.
On this day, you will begin your accompaniment with our specialized nurse who will be attentive to your needs and will guarantee a comfortable initial recovery. The SERES team of surgeons will evaluate you to discharge you to your selected hospital stay and once there, our Postoperative Pain service will place the pain pump.
During this period of time you will attend our specialized Medical Spa, Renasense Med/Spa for proper post-operative management. The therapies are focused on reducing inflammation, post-operative pain, speeding up recovery and promoting good healing, retraction and adhesion of the
piel.
Postoperative follow-up is essential to ensure your optimal recovery. You will have regular check-ups: the day after surgery, weekly and one month after your procedure.
After completing your initial recovery, we will carry out a final evaluation and approval to return to your city or country of origin. We will be sure
